Kickboxing Class
At Flynn’s Gym, our K1 kickboxing classes are focused on real progression. We work on technique, pad work, combinations, footwork, defence, fitness, and controlled sparring in a supportive environment where everyone is there to improve. You don’t need to be fit before joining either. A lot of people start training to lose weight, build confidence, improve fitness, or simply try something different outside of a normal gym routine.

Some nights are focused more on technical drills and movement, while others push your cardio and endurance with high intensity rounds and conditioning work. It keeps training interesting and gives members something to work towards every week. Whether your goal is to compete one day or just get fitter and stronger, our sessions are designed to help you improve properly over time.

Our gym in Yate has built a strong community around combat sports and fitness. We’ve got beginners training alongside experienced fighters, all helping push each other to improve.
